1. Platform Description

MyLifeEasy is an online directory and marketplace connecting local businesses with customers in their area. We facilitate discovery, booking and ordering — but are not directly responsible for the products or services provided by listed businesses.

2. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when registering
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• One person may not create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes
• Minimum age to register: 13 years

3. Business Listings

• Businesses must provide accurate information about their services and pricing
• Listing approval is at the sole discretion of MyLifeEasy
• We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our policies
• Featured/paid listings do not guarantee specific outcomes

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Users must not abuse, harass or defame businesses or other users
• Fake reviews or ratings are strictly prohibited
• Disputes with businesses must be resolved directly; MyLifeEasy facilitates but does not guarantee resolution

5. Prohibited Activities

• Spamming, phishing or fraudulent listings
• Sharing misleading business information
• Using the platform for illegal activities
• Scraping or copying our database

6. Payments & Orders

When you place an order through the platform, the transaction is between you and the business. MyLifeEasy may facilitate payment processing but is not liable for disputes arising from the transaction.

7. Limitation of Liability

MyLifeEasy is not liable for: the quality of goods/services provided by listed businesses; losses arising from business closure or inaccurate information; technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Sahibganj, Jharkhand.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms. Major changes will be communicated via email or SMS.
